Delivery times
Orders are delivered on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.
Due to logistical planning, we cannot always accommodate specific time preferences. If desired, you will receive an estimated delivery time by email the day before delivery. Please indicate this when placing your order.

Accessibility of the delivery address
Due to the size of our trucks, it may not always be possible or responsible to deliver directly to your home. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable delivery location.

Delivery costs

Due to rising fuel prices and the associated increase in transport costs, from 1 November 2026 we will be applying a fuel surcharge to orders delivered by our own lorries. The fuel surcharge is not yet visible in the shopping basket and will be listed separately on the invoice. All amounts quoted are exclusive of VAT.

• Minimum order value: €500 excluding VAT.
• Orders under €750: €50 delivery charge, no fuel surcharge.
• Orders from €750 up to €3,000: Free delivery, with a 2% fuel surcharge on the order total.
• Orders over €3,000: Free delivery, with a 1% fuel surcharge on the order value, up to a maximum of €100 per delivery.

Different terms and conditions apply to deliveries to Germany.

Deliveries using our own lorries take place along our fixed routes and are subject to route planning.
